Firstly, it didn't occur to me to go to another agent when I decided to sell my house. I definitely made the right decision. Every member of staff with whom I had dealings was unfailingly professional and friendly. I felt reassured throughout what turned out to be a rather tricky process.

On that latter point, I would like to make particular mention of Harriet, whose diplomatic skills would secure her  a job at the highest levels of the Foreign Office.
