Situated in the beautiful Thames Valley, Chilbolton is 10 miles North of Winchester. Formerly an agriculture settlement, but now predominantly residential. Most of the historic buildings date from the 17th and 18th centuries; however a period of expansion in 20th century more than doubled its size. Most of the new building has taken place to the south of the historic core of the village where there is a shop and post office and the popular Abbots Mitre pub.
