Belgarum is a family-owned independent estate agency built from a team who are proud to live and work in Winchester. It is important to us that we support our community, its people and its businesses.
At the start of each year, Belgarum select a different local charity to support throughout the year with volunteering, fundraising and help raising awareness within the community. A shortlist of applications is drawn up and the sales and lettings team take a vote.
This year we have chosen to support Winchester Hospice, a fantastic local charity that provides palliative and end of life care to people with life-limiting illnesses. Their important work supports patients to live a life as full as possible in an environment that enhances well-being, privacy and care.
Look out for more information about our fundraising efforts this year and help us to support this fantastic organisation. Our partnership with Winchester Hospice will continue until the end of the year, when we will select another local charity to partner with for 2024.
As an independent local business we choose, wherever possible, to work with and support other local independent businesses. Our local suppliers include photographers, designers, marketers, IT & communications support, stationers, plumbers, electricians, cleaners etc.
By doing business with us and us doing business locally, we can all help together keep the Winchester community thriving.
