Meet The Team

Having begun her property career in 2009, Seanne worked in a variety of roles in this sector before joining Belgarum in early 2015. She likes to spend her time exploring the variety of cafes and bars Winchester has to offer and especially enjoys seeking out the best cocktails in the city.

 

Having cut her teeth as a sales agent in London for the first four years of her career, latterly in Canary Wharf, Alexandra joined Belgarum in 2017. Having attended St. Swithun's School and Peter Symond's Sixth Form College, she is a true local and has excellent knowledge of the Winchester area. 

 

Having worked in the industry since he was 21, Chris joined Belgarum in 2022, bringing with him good knowledge of Winchester, having lived in the area his whole life. Chris enjoys various sporting activities, such as basketball and football, as well as good food, travelling and spending time with friends and family.

 

 

 

 

Experienced in the property industry and sales/customer service roles, Helena has worked for Belgarum since 2022. She has a passion for property and knows Winchester very well, having lived here since 2008. Helena is a mum to two, and enjoys countryside walks, beach days at Mudeford, skiing, good coffee and pub lunches!

Having worked in the property industry for 7 years, Vicky joined Belgarum in 2022. Her role in the team is invaluable, guiding our clients through the sale process, overcoming the obstacles that can arise on this exciting but sometimes precarious journey. Vicky spends her time playing netball and walking her cocker spaniel, Wilko. 

 

Harriet originally joined Belgarum in 2014, having worked in the property industry for most of her career. Outside of work, Harriet creates custom cakes and bakes, is often found walking in and around Winchester with her Labrador Stanley and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Isabel is a member of our weekend viewings team; as a Winchester local she has a great knowledge of the city. She loves to bake and the team are very lucky to have sampled some of the fruits of her labour.

Katarina is a member of our weekend viewings team. She lives in Kings Worthy with her young family.

Luke is a member of our weekend viewings team, and has many years experience in the industry. He lives locally with his young family, and enjoys spending days out on his boat. 

Susannah is a member of our weekend viewings team and has spent the past 30 years living in 19 different homes across the globe! Now choosing to call Winchester her home, she enjoys everything our beautiful city has to offer, with its equal access to London, Heathrow and the surrounding countryside.
